Introduction to Agile and the Case for LLAMA

In this first of four courses on Agile for Instructional Designers, we’ll talk about the mindset we use to approach our work and consider how Agile and ADDIE can exist alongside and inform each other. We’ll look at what it means to be Agile, what the original framers of the Agile Manifesto had in mind when they created it, and how that might inform our work as instructional designers. We’ll conclude this first course by considering which aspects of the Agile Manifesto and Agile Principles can help us do our work better. This will be different for each of us depending on our context, our work, and our psyche.
