You will need to register if you want to make a purchase or if you want to access any online content purchased from LearningSourceonline.com and LRNonline.com Intellectual Properties that is made available free of charge.

Content published on LearningSourceonline.com and LRNonline.com is accessible by all visitors. However, certain LearningSourceonline.com and LRNonline.com features and services may require registration. You can choose not to provide us with any of your personal information. However, if you make this choice we may not be able to provide you with the product, service, or information that you requested.

Non-personal information

We automatically track and collect certain non-personal information such as Website navigation data, Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, timestamps and URLs. We use this information to do internal research on our users’ demographics, interest, and behaviour to better understand, protect and serve you and our learning community.

Why we collect it

Our tracking of Student progress data helps students keep track of their own progress throughout their course(s). We also keep that course data to confirm that the Student completed their course(s) in order to provide a valid certificate and/or to provide proof of completion for employment, job requirement, or employment reimbursements .

You may be required to provide us with additional information and consent to our terms as described here which are part of our general TOS and Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

We retain this information until we have responded to your contact, for internal record keeping, for a period of no longer than 3 years, or until you ask to unsubscribe from our email list or be removed from the student database upon written request.

Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we put in place suitable procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Controlling your personal information

Storage of Information

User Security Responsibility

It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and your computer. By creating a strong username and password will protect your student account form being accessed by unauthorized person. Use passwords of at least eight (8) characters or more (longer is better). Use a combination of uppercase letters, lower case letters, numbers, and special characters (for example: !, @, &, %, +) in all passwords

Payment Information

To protect you against fraud, unauthorized transactions (such as money laundering), claims and other liabilities, we only collect an identification number and order details which enable us to match each user to the payments they make. We do not collect or store credit card information.

We allow our third party payment vendor to collect information for the purpose of collecting fees from users on the Website. We do not have access to the payment information that you provide to our third party payment vendor and this information is subject to the privacy policy of the third party payment vendor. Refunds

Refunds will be given based on a case by case basis. Every situation is different so please reach out to us for a refund request. No refunds will be give if the course viewed shows more than 15% completed and or Module 1 has been completed.
