Define, Estimate, & Plan the Work in Iterations

In this third of four courses on Agile for Instructional Designers, we’ll talk about managing projects. We’ll learn how to estimate and plan our work and the work of others. We’ll also discuss how to plan and design in iterations to gather feedback, not only from subject matter experts and sponsors, but prospective learners as well. We’ll then use this feedback along the way to fuel our continued design and development work.
