Once the course has been purchased, you will receive an email of your purchased and invoice, you will then receive a following email with your new username we have create for you, this can not be changed. In the email you will see an link to set your password for that account, please take the time to set up a strong password for this account.
Oh, how frustrating, all those passwords……..we hear you! We know its madding to remember all those passwords and create new accounts for all kinds of services and products. Even writing them down doesn’t seem to help. Our users have found it easier to use their browser window to save password login information for them for easy and fast login. But, if you share a computer or do not trust the browser, or simply don’t want to save them then reset them.
How to reset your password?
On the login page ( aka my-account) under the password field, click on Forgot my password. You will receive an email with a link to the email address associated with your account. Click on the link in the email and it will take you to a screen where you can reset your password or click here Reset Password.
If it isn’t in your inbox, check your folders. If a spam filter or email rule moved the email, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder. If you still can not find it contact us, we will be happy to send it again
Do not panic! It happens, we have really good security on our site to keep your information secure. Hackers are everywhere and everyday they steal usernames and passwords and because of our tight security it can make our users life a little more difficult when trying to access their accounts and we sincerely apologize, but if you are a hacker then we are not sorry!
What to do? —- WAIT AND TRY AGAIN —–
Most of the time when you get locked out of your account, it most likely do to a typo mistake or wrong password and you submitted it to many times. We do have limits we placed on how many login attempts before you get locked out. We do not post that amount because hacker’s can read an take advantage of this information. We suggest using your browsers password saving to keep track of your login accounts for fast and easy login. Now, if for some reason you still can not login then give us a shoot and we will get you back up an running in no time. Contact us
To place an order, go to our course catalog shop page. Find the course you want to purchase and click on it and/ or add to cart. Once you have all the courses you want to purchase, view cart. If everything looks ok, click the proceed to check out button.
Once you login, My-Account button at the top right hand side of the page, your course(s) will be founded in your Student dashboard, or My-Account tab >>Go To My Course button
Once registered for a course, you have unlimited access to the courses 24/7. You can go at your own pace. You will access your account with your username and a password. You can log in at any time, on any platform and go through any and all the courses. Revisit any module at any time. When applicable download forms, checklists, handbooks, guide books etc.
Once you have completed the course, you will see your certificate in your student dashboard or my-account under the certificate tab. To make a PDF of your certificate, click on the PRINT tab and save the file as a PDF instead of printing. Students can now enable public sharing for their earned certificates! On the certificate page once a student has earned a certificate they will now see an option to enable sharing:
By default the sharing option is disabled. However, students can click the Enable sharing/Disable sharing button to turn this setting on and off.
Once Enable sharing is turned on the URL (copy & paste) can be sent and posted anywhere on the World Wide Web for anyone to access and see.
- Log out and login back in (yes, really, this is still a thing!). This will refresh the behind-the-scenes clever bits. If a course you should have is missing, this should do the trick
- Refresh Page: Sometimes websites or pages load weird, it could be your internet speed, browser setting and securities or our system just did not sync up with your. It could be alot of reasons, but sometimes its the simplest answer, just REFRESH the page.
On occasion, we will be doing website maintenance, you might experience the MAINTENANCE MODE WHITE SCREEN, don’t worry its us not you, wait a few minutes, refresh the page. Our team will try to limit this to late nights or weekends, but sometimes for security reasons we will have to do this right away, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
