In this final of four courses on Agile for Instructional Designers, we’ll look at what it takes to pull together a project plan and plan for multiple projects, people, resources, and due dates all at once. We’ll also discuss how to scale to accommodate larger teams and create an environment that incorporates these tools and techniques to foster a culture that supports Agile Methods.
