In this second of four courses on Agile for Instructional Designers, we’ll talk about how to kick off a project to set it up successfully to be managed using Agile methods. We’ll learn about what we call the Three Pillars of Scope: the goal, learners, and expected outcomes or behavioural changes we hope to achieve. These three pillars can help set up a project for success from both a design and scope perspective.

In this course you will discover to:

  • Kick off a project for success
  • Align instructional design projects with measurable organizational goals
  • Define learner personas
  • Define project scope in clear, granular ways

SPECIAL NOTE: There is a DOWNLOADABLE Learner Guide to accompany this course. This resource is available throughout this course.
